An elegant, pale petal-pink color, Champs du Lièvre Rosé Minervois, is a blend of old-vine Cinsault and Syrah grapes hand harvested at dawn to preserve delicate summer fruit aromas and refreshing acidity. The grapes are selected directly at the vines. “Pressurage direct” juice extraction. Vinified in thermo regulated stainless steel vats.
